Refund policy

Return Policy-At Xplorers, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied, here's how we can help:

 

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

 

We offer a 14-days satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to return it for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@xplorers.io or submit a massage on the "Contact Us" form. If your return is accepted and you are within the US, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package or a return label depending on the situation. If your return is accepted and you are not within the US, you are responsible for return shipping. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Easy Returns:

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team go to the "Contact Us" and submit a form. Our friendly team will reach out and guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

Conditions for Returns:

For your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping:

US customers will receive return instructions or a label, while non-US customers are responsible for return shipping, guided by our instructions.

Items returned without prior authorization won't be accepted.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges due to the limited supply of items.

Preorder Returns/Cancellations:

Once the preorder window closes, we can't cancel orders. However, cancellations are accepted before that. Make sure to review the descriptions of preorder items before placing your order.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Notify us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Sale items and pre-orders are not eligible for returns.

Refunds/Exchanges:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you of the approval status. Approved exchanges will be assigned a new tracking number, if there is any of the same items still available. If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations:

We retain the right to cancel orders for limited figures if they are resold before receipt, if an order is deemed fraudulent, or if it exceeds specified limits.
